Paid Coaching Services
When you engage Melissa Boyle Coaching for a paid coaching service, program or package, the engagement may also be governed by a separate Client Coaching Agreement. That agreement will set out the specific scope of services, fees, payment arrangements, scheduling, cancellations, refunds, confidentiality, responsibilities and termination terms. If there is any inconsistency, the Client Coaching Agreement will apply to that paid engagement.
Digital Products and Resources
Digital products, assessments, worksheets, workbooks, templates and downloadable resources are supplied for the purchaser's individual use unless expressly stated otherwise. They must not be copied, shared, uploaded, reproduced, modified for resale, distributed, licensed or commercially exploited without prior written permission.
